Another location, same quality: Boyana region, Rosna Kitka Street, in the skirts of Vitosha Mountain, is the place where we constructed another residential building in March 2009. The GFA is 4500 sq. m. The apartments are all sold-out and their owners enjoy the stunning view of the city or the mountain, as well as the tranquility of the region. The building was constructed in accordance with all the state and EU quality standards, the infrastructure is completed, and the place is easily accessible.  

This year we plan to realize another residential building on Belovodski Pat Street which is in the same Boyana region. Rough construction is in progress, the GFA is 2200 sq. m., apartments are sold with high-quality finishings, and there is an underground parking in construction as well.
